"Maybe it’s just me, but I expected..."
Maybe it’s just me, but I expected the fitment advice to be a little more specific before I ordered. I asked ahead of time, and the part still didn’t end up fitting my bike right. They did respond when I reached out, but the answer felt vague and didn’t really help much. Not a terrible experience, just frustrating.

The listing said it was supposed to fit my car, but it definitely "did not." Frustrating because I was expecting it to work right out of the box
"Backorder updates were a mess"
I ordered because it looked like the item was in stock, and then suddenly it was on backorder. From there, it was just frustrating. I had to keep reaching out for updates because the messages were slow, vague, and kind of confusing. Every time I checked in, it felt like I had to verify my order details all over again, which got old really fast. I understand delays happen, but at least give people a clear ETA or a straight answer. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless I’m 100% sure the item is actually in stock.
"Easy, honest site to use"
I found what I needed quickly, which I appreciate. The site is straightforward and doesn’t make you jump through a bunch of shady hoops, which feels like the right way to do things.
"Support Was a Total Joke"
Tried calling and emailing them, and it all went absolutely nowhere. Nobody helped, nobody followed up, just a bunch of useless runaround. Damn frustrating experience

"I had to reach out to support for..."
I had to reach out to support for an issue on motomentum.com, and it felt like a waste of time. The wording on the site made it sound like things would be handled a certain way, but that wasn’t really the case, which was misleading. When I contacted support, the replies seemed like they barely read what I wrote. I kept getting the same generic answer over and over, and my issue still didn’t really get fixed. Super frustrating experience.

I checked around at a few different sites before ordering, and motomentum.com had a good price on what I needed. Checkout was easy enough too. Nothing fancy, just a solid deal, so I’m happy with it.

"Pretty good support, quick replies"
I had a small question about my order and they got back to me quicker than I thought they would. It wasnt totally perfect since I had to explain the issue twice, but they were nice about it and got everything sorted out in the end. Overall, good customer service and no real complaints tbh.

"Order showed up exactly as I picked it"
I ordered from motomentum and everything came the way it was supposed to. The main item was the exact model and size I chose, and the accessories matched what I had in my cart, which was a relief.
The packing was solid too. Nothing was missing, switched out, or weirdly substituted. If you’ve ever dealt with getting the wrong parts from other sites, you know how annoying that can be, so I’d say just double-check your cart before placing the order and you should be in good shape.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the order update took a little while to show up, and I ended up checking more than once. But as far as getting the order right, they did a good job

"Tracking Updates Didn’t Tell Me Much"
The tracking page wasn’t very useful. It said my order had shipped, and then just sat there with no real updates for days, so I had no clue where the package actually was.
I kept checking back and basically had to guess what was going on. The package did arrive in the end, but the tracking info was weak and made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

"My item showed up scratched, which was already..."
My item showed up scratched, which was already annoying, but dealing with support made it worse. They asked me for photos twice, like the first set magically didn’t count, and then took days to get back to me each time. It did get sorted in the end, but the whole process felt amateur and way more frustrating than it needed to be

"Shipping is taking forever"
I’m still waiting for my order to show up, it’s frustrating. You expect shipping to take a little time, but this has been way too long. Not a great experience so far.

"Exchange was smoother than I expected"
I had to do an exchange and, i was a little suspicious it was going to turn into a hassle. But support got back to me quickly and helped get it sorted without much drama

Went in to buy a part that was showing as available online, but turns out it wasn’t actually in stock. Ended up wasting time checking out and waiting for an update. Feels like the website inventory isn’t really kept current. Probably wouldn’t try again unless that gets fixed.

"Kinda embarrassed I spent that much"
I ordered from Motomentum and felt a little embarrassed when it showed up because the item felt cheaper than I expected. It does work, so I can’t say it’s completely bad, but for the price I really thought it would be better quality. I’ll probably avoid buying this same brand again.

I tried using a discount code on motomentum.com, and at first it seemed like it was going through. But by the time I got to checkout, the discount either wasn’t applying correctly or just disappeared altogether. After spending time picking things out, that was frustrating.
Once shipping and extra fees were added, the “deal” didn’t feel like much of one anymore. Maybe there was some fine print I missed, but the whole thing left me feeling like I should’ve known better. I’m not exactly rushing to place another order

I ordered this because the description made it sound like it had the features I was looking for, but once it arrived, it really didn’t match up. Some of the specs were vague, and a few details just seemed wrong. I ended up having to return it, which was a hassle and a waste of time. The whole thing gave me that feeling like there wasn’t a real person behind the listing checking if the info was actually accurate. I probably won’t buy from Motomentum again unless they clean up their product descriptions

From what I remember, checkout was easy and the payment part went through without any trouble. The only thing that slowed me down a bit was finding the shipping options, but once I spotted them, it was fine.

"Refund took longer than I’m comfortable with"
I’ve been waiting on my refund for what feels like way too long. Every time I reach out, support just tells me to keep waiting, but the money still hasn’t shown up. I know refunds can take a few days, but I do expect better communication and a reasonable timeline. This has been really frustrating, i don’t see myself ordering from here again.
